If you’re like most people trying to loss weight or become more physically fit, you have gotten on the weight scale and found yourself in shock at the amount of weight you DID Not lose. You put the time into the gym and skimped on meals but you just don’t seem to get the results you really wanted.
So, where do you go from there? Do you restart eating cookies before bed, drop more money into protein powders…or just buy some different sized workout clothes? The direction to go is simply to make an adjustment to what you were doing “wrong” beforehand and then continue moving forward. However, if you are unaware of what you were doing then the difficulty of uncovering your mistakes becomes really difficult. But there’s good news…you can remedy all of these issues by maintaining a fitness training journal. Keeping an honest fitness journal will allow you to easily unveil exactly where your weak moments entered and you can adjust your actions immediately so that your fitness goals are reached much quicker and easier. Keeping a journal, complete with progression pictures will assist you in pinpointing troubled areas and allow for correction much faster than guessing and hoping that things will change with time.
